Assessor Workshop

Purpose:

This one day course is specifically designed for people wishing to conduct assessments in the workplace. This course will give participants the skills and knowledge required to plan, conduct and review assessment for nationally accredited training.

Successful completion will result in a Statement of Attainment in the following units:

TAEASS401A: Plan assessment activities and processes.

TAEASS402A: Assess competence

TAEASS403A: Participate in assessment validation

To carry out assessments, assessors must hold current, relevant industry experience. They must hold the relevant vocational competencies at least to the level being assessed.
