PURPOSE
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA40104) is the industry standard for those who wish to design courses, deliver training or carry out assessments within the formal Vocational Education Sector (VET). Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAA40104) equips you to train with confidence, giving you the skills you need to lead training groups, assess competency, and plan and implement training programs. This qualification is required by trainers and assessors who are engaged by Registered Training Organisation’s (RTO’s) to develop resources, train and assess on nationally accredited courses.
This course is delivered over a five day, full time period.
