Purpose: General
This nationally accredited course is for team leaders who wish to enhance their leadership skills and knowledge. It will assist participants in developing the skills required to work with teams and individuals, their standard of conduct and the initiative they take in influencing others.
There are two enrolment options:
- Participants who successfully complete the assessment activities will be issued a Statement of Attainment for the Unit of Competency BSBMGT401A: Show Leadership in the workplace.
- A Statement of Participation will be issued to all other participants
