Aged Care Career Pathways (ACCP) is a partnership program involving the Aged Care Association Australia (NSW) and Aged & Community Services Association of NSW & ACT. ACCP aims to attract and retain new graduate nurses, returning registered nurses and enrolled nurses to a career in aged care through the provision of a supportive transitional program.
